Process Control Skills Assessments

Process Control Skills Assessments
using the Process Control Test Device (PCTD)

The Process Control Test Device (PCTD) screens and trains individuals in Process Control technology and applications. The device identifies existing skill sets in the fundamental Process Control elements of pressure, temperature, flow and level. Using the device, candidates configure, tune and control a process loop as it applies to real world industrial applications. The PCTD offers both Basic and Advanced level assessments allowing the administrator to match skill level to the position.

The PCTD assessment machine and testing protocols will identify and measure a candidates pre-existing skill sets and pinpoint specific process control training needs.
